Junmai Daiginjo


Pours faint yellow.  Taste clean, smooth, and fruity.  Perfect balance.  The best Sake I've ever had. 5 out of 5.  Served chilled.  Brewed by Asahishuzo Co. in Yamaguchi Japan.
