Hakutsuru

Junmai Daiginjo

A nice sake.  Fruity with a light taste.  Not the best Junmai daiginjo I've had but pretty darn good.  Served chilled.  Brewed by Hakutsuru brewing Co. in Kobe Japan.

Kawacho

Junmai Ginjo

I think it was spoiled, it tasted off.  Brewed by Nagai Sake Inc. in Tone Gume Japan.

Kikusui

Junmai

Not bad.  Light taste but some alcohol.  Served Chilled

Kinugasumi

Shirayuki Nigori Sake

Awful.  Almost spit it up.  Poured the bottle down the drain.  I'm going to try again if I run into it, maybe it was spoiled.  Brewed by Konishi Brewing Co. In Hyogo Japan. http://www.konishi.co.jp/html/e/index.html

Gekkeikan Nigori Sake

Junmai Nigori Sake

Very chunky.  Had almost a flowery taste.  Didn't really enjoy.  Brewed by Gekkeikan Sake Co. in Kyoto Japan.  http://www.gekkeikan-sake.com/

Dassai 39

Junmai Daiginjo

Pours gold.  Light oak taste.  A bit dry.  A lite fruity taste on the tip mixed with a bit of acid.  Taste a bit like rice!  Also a plum after taste.  Very nice.  Served chilled.  Brewed by Asahishuzo in Yamaguchi Japan.

Pours faint yellow.  Taste clean, smooth, and fruity.  Perfect balance.  The best Sake I've ever had. 5 out of 5.  Served chilled.  Brewed by Asahishuzo Co. in Yamaguchi Japan.
