Ishikawa

Beer

All three beers were fantastic.  In my opinion they blow the top two Japanese macro breweries out of the water.  My favorite was the Munchener Dark.   Very nice and malty.

Ishikawa Brewery

Was very fortunate and visited the Ishikawa brewery.  Toured the grounds, ate, drank.  It was an amazing experience.  Was able to pick up some beer and sake which you will see in future posts.
